Conference leaders can conduct PowerPoint slideshows, "follow-me" website tours, and application sharing sessions over the internet.

Readyshow® Video Conference

Conference leaders can conduct a video conference of up to 16 simultaneous videos over the internet.

Star Commands

While a conference is in progress, certain features are accessible via the touch tone phone.

International Toll Free

Certain international countries can connect to a conference call by dialing an international toll-free number.

Operator Available

Feature allowing the participants or leader of a call to press *0 to talk with an operator.

Web Based Conference Manager

Web-based scheduling tool where leaders can create and modify conferences, as well as view participants

Audio Console

Web-based tool which give the moderator the ability to control the participants in a call.

Operator Dial Out

An operator dials out to specified phone numbers and manually places the callers into the appropriate conference.

Leader Dial Out

Allows the leader to listen to an mp3 file of a conference recording via the web or an email.

Transcription

Conferences can be recorded and transcribed into a Word document.

Self Registration

Participants register their information online prior to the conference and are given a unique pin code to use in addition to the participant/leader passcode.

Large Call

Calls can be scheduled exceeding the standard conference size, with the ability to accommodate over 1000 participants, if necessary.

Operator Assisted

Operators collect specific information about callers and place them into the appropriate conference.

Operator Provided Lecture Mode

An operator places the conference in a "listen only" mode where all participants are muted while the leader speaks.

Operator Provided Q&A

The assigned operator runs a controlled question and answer session allowing the leader to address one question at a time.

Polling

During the call, an operator gathers responses to leader specified questions by requesting callers to press corresponding numbers on their telephone key pad.

Individual Replay

Participants can request to dial a separate playback phone number to listen to the replay of their conference.

Allowed Only List

Call moderator sends a list of allowed participants to the Customer Service Representatives for placement into the conference.

Full Time Operator

An operator is assigned to monitor a conference for its entire duration.

Backdoor Line

While a conference is in progress, a separate phone line can be established for a direct communication between the operator and the leader of the call.
